The receptionist / host was attentive, welcoming and sincere in her desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible, even helped me roll my bike down the steep alley to the entrance and washed it for me unasked. I had just come from a two day dirtbiking trip and a dangerous drive from another city in the rain, so I probably looked like someone to refuse entry to, covered in mud. They showed so much care and kindness. When the shower's water heater didn't work, they allowed me to use the one in the lobby. My room had a balcony!
